HOME: Dusker at Leicester’s Pork Pie Library

30th April 2021 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm Online

HOME is a love letter to the city of Leicester. A series of ten streamed shows from ten different, spectacular locations commissioned by The Robot Needs Home Collective and supported using public funds from Arts Council England.

Formed in 2019, Dusker fuse raucous post-hardcore energy with swooping, contemplative melodies and feedback-riddled textures, focusing on themes of community, idealism and mutual empowerment. Blistering live energy and the snappy release of 2 celebrated EPs saw Dusker sign to Leeds-NZ based MUZAI Records, receive domestic acclaim from the likes of BBC Introducing and attain international airplay across Europe, America and Asia.

This performance was recorded in Leicester’s Pork Pie Library and will stream at 7pm on Friday 30th April, with Dusker in the stream’s chat answering questions and giving insights in to the songs and the recording. It will then be available to watch on demand.
